As our Procurement Assistant, your primary objective is to liberate the Procurement Manager’s time by taking full ownership of all remote administrative and data-driven tasks. You are the guardian of our material COGS goal. Success is defined by the seamless offloading of manager-level administrative tasks with 100% accuracy and rapid responsiveness.

  • Master Data Stewardship: Update the Master Price List in JobNimbus by the 10th of every month after proactively auditing all 3rd party suppliers.
  • CRM & Board Hygiene: Own the digital "health" of all JobNimbus production boards. At hand-off, verify that all contact information and internal data fields are 100% complete.
  • Rapid Response Logistics: Act as the primary remote responder for field crews requiring immediate material orders or rentals, maintaining a 30-minute response time.
  • Technical Verification: Perform a technical "Engineer-Review" of material lists against sold contracts to ensure quantities are logical before ordering.
  • Homeowner Liaison: Execute quick, professional updates to homeowners via text and email regarding planning milestones (permits, delivery windows, etc.).

To be successful in this high-accountability remote role, you must meet the following criteria:

  • English Proficiency: Excellent written and verbal English skills are mandatory. You must be able to communicate professionally with U.S.-based homeowners and team members.
  • Dedicated Private Workspace: You must work from a quiet, professional home office. Working from coffee shops, internet cafes, or public spaces is strictly prohibited.
  • Hardware: You must possess a reliable computer with a dual-monitor setup to manage complex data across multiple platforms.
  • Connectivity & Video: You must have high-speed internet, a professional headset, and a high-definition webcam for daily video calls and Teams meetings.
  • Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time). Consistency is key to our production flow.
  • Pay Frequency: We pay every other Friday.
