We are seeking a skilled PPC Manager to oversee and manage our pay-per-click advertising campaigns. The PPC Manager will be responsible for developing PPC strategies, optimizing campaigns for maximum performance, and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CPC (Cost Per Click) and ad conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement PPC strategies to achieve client objectives, such as increasing website traffic, leads, or sales.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to inform PPC campaign planning.
  • Manage all aspects of PPC campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising platforms.
  • Set up new campaigns, ad groups, and ads, and continuously optimize them for performance.
  • Monitor and adjust keyword bids, ad copy, and targeting parameters to improve campaign performance and maximize ROI.
  • Conduct A/B testing and split tests for ads to identify the most effective messaging and creative elements.
  • Monitor campaign budgets and allocate funds effectively to ensure optimal performance and adherence to client budgets.
  • Identify opportunities to increase budget allocations for high-performing campaigns and keywords.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CPC, CTR (Click-Through Rate), and ad conversion rates.
  • Use data-driven insights to identify trends, optimize campaigns, and improve overall performance.
  • Prepare regular reports on PPC campaign performance, including insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Communicate campaign results and performance metrics to clients or stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ad hoc tasks from the client.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in managing PPC campaigns, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in PPC management.
  • Demonstrated success in optimizing PPC campaigns to achieve performance goals and objectives.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and draw actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, or similar platforms.
  • In-depth knowledge of PPC platforms and tools, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising platforms.
  • Experience with bid management tools, keyword research tools, and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information to clients or stakeholders.
  • Ability to present campaign results, insights, and recommendations in a clear and concise manner.
  • Undergo 3 days of paid training. If there's an urgency for the role, then the new hire must render an hour of paid OT before or after the shift for 3 weeks.
  • Amenable to work Monday through Friday between 8 AM - 12 PM US Pacific Time Zone(PST).
