Requirements:
- 3+ years in analytics, BI, revenue operations, or client portfolio/performance analysis
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets (forecasting, scenario models, sensitivity analysis)
- Strong dashboarding and storytelling skills (Looker Studio required; Tableau/Power BI a plus)
- Comfort working with marketing datasets (GA4/GSC, paid media platforms, CRM/exported revenue data)
- Working understanding of funnel metrics (CVR, CAC, ROAS, LTV) and attribution basics
- SQL (BigQuery or similar) strongly preferred; ability to QA data definitions and joins
- Experience producing executive-ready reporting with clear recommendations, not just charts
- Excellent written English and async communication; ability to overlap ≥4 hrs with Pacific Time
- Must reside in the U.S. and be authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship)
Key Responsibilities:
- Own portfolio-level performance reporting across accounts: trends, pacing, and forecasted outcomes
- Build standardized KPI frameworks and scorecards by client type and channel mix
- Write monthly executive summaries that convert data into decisions and clear next steps
- Partner with SEO and Paid Media leads to quantify impact, isolate drivers, and size opportunities
- Develop forecasting and capacity models to align delivery plans with expected lift
- Maintain metric definitions and reporting QA to ensure consistency across teams and clients
- Identify risk early (tracking gaps, efficiency drops, conversion issues) and propose remediation paths
