As a Remote Phone Sales Associate at Market Capital Lending, you will play a crucial role in reaching out to local businesses that are in need of financial solutions to grow. Your main responsibility will be to contact business leads provided by us, engage them in meaningful conversations about their funding needs, and set up appointments with our Senior Loan Officers for further discussions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contacting local businesses daily through phone calls, using leads provided by Market Capital Lending.
- Identifying and understanding the funding needs of businesses.
- Explaining our loan products and services to potential clients.
- Scheduling appointments for interested businesses with Senior Loan Officers.
- Maintaining a call log for evaluation purposes to improve lead quality over time.
- Meeting or exceeding targeted call quotas and sales objectives.
- Participating in regular training sessions to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
Compensation:
- Competitive commission structure: $300 per loan closed and funded.
- Regular bonuses and bounties based on performance.
- Opportunities for promotion into Account Executive roles.
Payment Schedule: Bi-monthly, on the 15th and 30th of each month.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Exceptional phone communication skills, with a friendly yet aggressive approach to sales.
- Proven experience in telesales, customer service, or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain a comprehensive call log for performance evaluation.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
- Basic understanding of financial products and services is a plus.
