We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide administrative and operational support. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining confidentiality.
- Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Handle emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of the employer
- Organize documents, reports, and files for easy access
- Assist with personal tasks, errands, and special projects
- Conduct research and compile information as needed
- Coordinate meetings and take minutes when required
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
