We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide administrative and operational support. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining confidentiality.

  • Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Handle emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of the employer
  • Organize documents, reports, and files for easy access
  • Assist with personal tasks, errands, and special projects
  • Conduct research and compile information as needed
  • Coordinate meetings and take minutes when required
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • High level of discretion and professionalism
