We are seeking a Patient Enrollment Specialist with a strong healthcare background and administrative expertise to join a US-based digital health company specializing in wearables.
πΉ What Youβll Do
β Patient Outreach β Make 120-150 outbound calls daily to potential patients.
β Enrollment Assistance β Guide patients through the Chronic Care Program and obtain consent.
β Patient Education β Clearly explain program benefits tailored to elderly patients.
β Recordkeeping & CRM Management β Maintain accurate patient records and track interactions.
β Compliance & Support β Follow HIPAA guidelines and company protocols.
β Process Improvement β Gather patient feedback to enhance program effectiveness.
πΉ What Weβre Looking For
β 2-3 years of experience in virtual assistance, healthcare support, or administrative roles.
β Proven outbound calling experience with strong customer service skills (phone, email, chat).
β Background in healthcare β patient coordination, medical admin, or related field.
β Proficiency in CRMs, Excel, and scheduling software.
β Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).
β Strong organization & multitasking to handle high call volumes.
β HIPAA Certified (training provided if needed).
π‘ Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have)
β Experience in patient enrollment, chronic care programs, or elderly care.
β Advanced CRM expertise beyond basic usage.
β Ability to provide feedback to improve patient experiences.
