We are seeking a Patient Enrollment Specialist with a strong healthcare background and administrative expertise to join a US-based digital health company specializing in wearables.

βœ” Patient Outreach – Make 120-150 outbound calls daily to potential patients.

βœ” Enrollment Assistance – Guide patients through the Chronic Care Program and obtain consent.

βœ” Patient Education – Clearly explain program benefits tailored to elderly patients.

βœ” Recordkeeping & CRM Management – Maintain accurate patient records and track interactions.

βœ” Compliance & Support – Follow HIPAA guidelines and company protocols.

βœ” Process Improvement – Gather patient feedback to enhance program effectiveness.

πŸ”Ή What We’re Looking For

βœ… 2-3 years of experience in virtual assistance, healthcare support, or administrative roles.

βœ… Proven outbound calling experience with strong customer service skills (phone, email, chat).

βœ… Background in healthcare – patient coordination, medical admin, or related field.

βœ… Proficiency in CRMs, Excel, and scheduling software.

βœ… Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).

βœ… Strong organization & multitasking to handle high call volumes.

βœ… HIPAA Certified (training provided if needed).

βœ” Experience in patient enrollment, chronic care programs, or elderly care.

βœ” Advanced CRM expertise beyond basic usage.

Rate: $5.00 per hour
