As Dexatel expands its global footprint, Dexatel is looking for a Partnerships Manager to help build and grow strategic alliances with Managed Service Providers (MSPs), ISVs, system integrators, and telecom resellers.

The role is to build and scale Dexatel’s partner ecosystem, forging mutually beneficial relationships that extend the reach of the API-first communication platform. You’ll work closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to create joint value propositions and go-to-market strategies with partners.

What you will do:

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new MSPs, ISVs, system integrators, and other strategic partners.
  • Develop and execute partner enablement programs, including technical training, marketing collateral, and co-selling strategies.
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align partner needs with Dexatel’s Communication APIs, including Dexatel Verify, Engage, Link, and Lookup.
  • Monitor and optimize partner performance through joint business plans, KPIs, and performance tracking.
  • Act as the main point of contact for partners — resolving issues, deepening relationships, and ensuring success.
  • Represent Dexatel at relevant industry events, conferences, and partner summits.

What you will bring:

  • 3+ years in partnerships, business development, or channel sales (preferably in telecom, CPaaS, or SaaS).
  • Proven success in building partnerships with MSPs, resellers, or system integrators.
  • Strong understanding of APIs, CPaaS platforms, messaging solutions, and telecom tech trends.
  • Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • Self-driven, structured, and results-oriented with a growth mindset.
  • Bonus: Experience with global markets and enterprise partnerships.
