I’m hiring for a Part-Time virtual assistant to work with my marketing company. This position is part-time and fully remote.

SKILLS:

  1. Create graphics in Canva
  2. Familiarity with WordPress, Yoast, and SEO (preferred, but can be trained)
  3. Schedule emails in MailerLite (can be trained)
  4. Social media management (FB, LI, IG)

DESIRED APPLICANT QUALITIES:

Ability to communicate well

Meets deadlines on time (or early!)

Speaks English fluently.

Can follow instructions VERY WELL

Honest and reliable

Can solve problems

Excited to learn new skills

Been using Facebook and LinkedIn for a long time and is comfortable with the platform.

Looking for long term working partnership.

Available during weekdays.

ABOUT MEGAN:

I provide copywriting and marketing strategy consulting to online coaches.

I’d like to think i'm pretty fun to work with.

I work hard and move quickly and expect team members to do the same

I am experienced with using virtual assistants and currently have a team of 3. I love to work with people from different cultures and treat my team as a second digital family.

I am very loyal and respectful to my contractors (some have been with me for more than 2 years).

JOB DUTIES:

Add friends on Facebook and LinkedIn.

Start conversations on Facebook and LinkedIn.

Create excel sheets to organize prospects.

Setup and manage scheduled posts on FB and LI.

Create graphics on Canva

Create presentations in Canva (following a template)

Upload blogs on WordPress (knowledge of SEO is a bonus)

Simple website updates on WordPress
