We are seeking a highly organized, efficient, and proactive Virtual Assistant to assist with a range of daily tasks for our growing B2B business and e-commerce store, Jabees. The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and comfortable with various online platforms. You will play a crucial role in supporting our operations, helping us scale efficiently, and ensuring smooth customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Research: Find and collect contact information of leads (e.g., B2B partners, influencers) for our products.

Product Uploads: Upload product details, images, and descriptions to our website (Shopify/Wix or other platforms).

Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or social media, ensuring prompt and professional communication.

Influencer Outreach: Research and reach out to influencers to review our products, following up on any agreements or contracts.

Data Entry & Admin Support: Assist with various administrative tasks, including organizing emails, managing databases, and maintaining records.

Market Research: Conduct competitor research and assist with gathering market insights.

Work Hours:

• 2-3 hours a day, flexible hours (preferably during business hours).

• Expected to provide weekly updates on the progress of the tasks.

Required Skills:

Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills: Comfortable with email correspondence and customer service.

Research & Data Entry: Experience with online research, lead generation, and handling databases.

Customer Service: Experience responding to customer inquiries and providing excellent service.

E-commerce Platforms: Familiarity with uploading products to platforms like Shopify and Wix.

Influencer Outreach: Experience contacting and communicating with influencers or social media personalities.

Social Media Management: Familiar with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) for research and outreach purposes.

Attention to Detail: Ability to handle data entry, product details, and customer interactions with accuracy.

Proactive & Self-Driven: Able to work independently and take initiative without constant supervision.

Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using tools like Google Workspace, CRM systems, and email management software.
