Part-Time Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter (Dutch OR Afrikaans Required)
We are seeking a part-time Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter to support our growing team by managing the full recruitment process. This role is focused purely on hiring — ideal for someone who enjoys interviewing, evaluating talent, and building strong pipelines.
Working hours:
- Approximately 20 hours per week
- Flexible scheduling, but must be responsive and reliable
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct structured interviews with candidates
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle (sourcing → hiring)
- Screen, assess, and shortlist high-quality candidates
- Coordinate with management on hiring needs and decisions
- Maintain an organized and efficient hiring pipeline
- Ensure a professional and smooth candidate experience
Requirements:
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruiting
- Strong interviewing and candidate evaluation skills
- Fluent in Dutch OR Afrikaans (spoken and written)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Experience with remote hiring is a plus
Compensation:
- Starting from $350 (negotiable based on experience)
