We're a European software development agency looking for a sharp, detail-oriented SDR to support our outbound sales pipeline. You'll be responsible for finding and responding to relevant freelance project posts, running cold email outreach to European-based companies, and booking qualified discovery calls directly into the founder's calendar.
This is a long-term, ongoing role starting at 10–15 hours per week, with potential to grow as results come in. We're looking for someone who treats outbound as a craft, not a numbers game.
What you'll do:
Find and respond to relevant job posts on freelance platforms with tailored proposals
Research European-based companies that match our ideal client profile and build prospect lists
Write and send personalized cold outreach emails through our existing tooling
Handle initial replies, qualify interest, and book discovery calls into the founder's calendar
Track responses, follow up systematically, and report weekly on pipeline metrics
Refine messaging and targeting based on what's working
What we're looking for:
Excellent written English (near-native level required — proposals and emails must read naturally)
Previous experience as an SDR, or with cold email, freelance platform proposals, or B2B lead generation
Confident handling email conversations and moving prospects toward a booked call
Comfortable with tools like Apollo, Instantly, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or willing to learn quickly
Self-starter who can work independently with light supervision
Reliable and consistent — outbound only works with daily rhythm
Bonus: experience in tech, SaaS, or software services industries
What we offer:
Long-term stable role with consistent weekly hours
Clear processes
Direct collaboration with the founder
Flexible hours, fully remote
To apply:
Please share two things in your proposal:
A brief example of a cold email or freelance proposal you've written that got a positive response (anonymize client details if needed)
Your experience with outbound for tech or service businesses
Applications without these two elements will not be considered.
