Who is this for?
This role is for a recruiter who loves sourcing and screening and does not want to do business development. You currently have your own LI Recruiter license and looking to work more job orders outside of their current role.
Who is this not for?
This is not for someone looking for full time employment, base salary, or currently unemployed.
Compensation: 50% of revenue we collect. We charge companies 8%-20% a candidates base salary which can be as low as $7,000 per placement up to $65,000 per placement.
Payments are made in 1/3rds at day 30, 60, and 90 as companies pay us at each interval so they are only paying as long as the candidate is staying at the role and is being successful.
About the Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented source & screener to help identify top tech talent for active job orders we have. No business development required.
The role is designed for autonomous individuals who wants part time work, can find candidates, and submit them to us weekly.
