We are a Washington State–based property management company seeking a part-time Paralegal with experience in landlord-tenant matters to assist with lease enforcement and compliance communications.
This role is focused on clear, lawful, and professional enforcement of lease terms—not tenant relations or customer service. You will be responsible for preparing and issuing written communications related to lease violations, past-due rent, unpaid utilities, and other amounts due under residential leases.
All communications must comply with Washington State law, and accuracy matters.
