We are growing quickly and are seeking an experienced Loan Processor to support our brokers and clients.
As a Loan Processor, you will play a crucial role in moving loan applications from submission through to settlement. You’ll work closely with our brokers to ensure every file is accurate, compliant, and completed on time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review, and submit loan applications via BrokerEngine (experience highly valued).
- Liaise with lenders, clients, and third parties to gather documentation and resolve queries.
- Manage compliance, data entry, and supporting documents in line with aggregator/lender requirements.
- Track application progress, follow up with banks, and ensure timely settlement.
- Assist brokers in delivering a seamless, stress-free client experience.
We are looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in mortgage loan processing (minimum 1–2 years preferred).
- Familiar with BrokerEngine or other aggregator software (AFG Flex, ApplyOnline, Simpology, etc.).
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational and compliance skills.
- Confident in communication — both written and verbal.
- Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple files at once.
