Summary
Position Overview
Belle Point Capital Management is seeking a detail-oriented Part-Time Investor Relations Specialist to manage investor communications and reporting. This is a fully remote position responsible for maintaining strong relationships with current investors while supporting new investor acquisition efforts.
Schedule: Part-time, 20-25 hours per week (flexible)
Pay Rate: $4-$10/hour based on experience
Location: Remote (Must work CST hours for meetings/calls)
Core Responsibilities
Investor Reporting & Documentation:
Prepare and distribute weekly performance updates
Compile monthly investor reports with key metrics
Create quarterly financial summaries and portfolio updates
Coordinate annual report preparation and distribution
Distribute K-1s and other tax documentation by deadlines
Maintain investor portal with current documents
Email Marketing & Communications:
Develop and send bi-weekly investor newsletters
Create email campaigns for new investment opportunities
Manage investor database and email lists
Track email engagement metrics and optimize campaigns
Respond to investor inquiries within 24 hours
LinkedIn Lead Generation:
Identify and connect with accredited investors on LinkedIn
Create and post weekly LinkedIn content about fund performance
Engage with potential investors through LinkedIn messaging
Build prospect lists from LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Track and report on LinkedIn outreach metrics
Investor Relations Support:
Schedule and coordinate monthly/quarterly Zoom webinars
Prepare webinar presentations and talking points
Record and distribute webinar replays
Manage investor calendar and meeting scheduling
Take notes during investor calls and meetings
Content Creation:
Write weekly blog posts on market trends and fund updates
Create investor-facing content (one-pagers, case studies)
Update website investor relations section
Maintain FAQ documentation
Required Qualifications
Essential Skills
Writing: Excellent business writing for reports and blogs
Excel/Financial: Ability to compile and present financial data
Email Marketing: Experience with email platforms (Mailchimp, Constant Contact)
LinkedIn: Proven experience with LinkedIn outreach and content
Organization: Strong attention to detail for compliance documentation
Communication: Professional written and verbal skills
Technical Requirements:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
Experience with CRM systems
Familiar with email marketing platforms
LinkedIn Sales Navigator experience preferred
Reliable internet and computer
Quiet workspace for investor calls
Experience:
2+ years in investor relations, financial services, or marketing
Experience with financial reporting preferred
Understanding of real estate investments helpful
Compliance or regulatory documentation experience a plus
Performance Expectations
Weekly Deliverables:
1 blog post published
3-5 LinkedIn posts/engagement activities
20+ new LinkedIn connections with qualified investors
Weekly performance report distributed by Tuesday
Monthly Requirements:
Monthly investor report sent by 5th business day
2 email campaigns to investor database
1 investor webinar scheduled and coordinated
50+ new qualified investor leads identified
Critical Deadlines:
Tax documents distributed by January 31
Quarterly reports within 15 days of quarter end
Weekly reports every Tuesday by noon CST
24-hour response time on investor inquiries
Compensation
Base Pay:
$4-$10 per hour based on experience
Part-time: 20-25 hours per week
Flexible schedule outside of required meetings
Performance Bonuses
Quarterly bonus based on:
On-time report delivery (100% required)
New investor lead generation targets
Email campaign engagement rates
Webinar attendance growth
