We are looking for a driven B2B Sales Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for generating high-quality B2B leads, engaging with prospects, and closing deals to help grow our business. You’ll play an integral role in promoting our consumer electronics products (Jabees) and ensuring we meet our sales goals.
This position offers flexible working hours (approximately 4 hours per day) and includes an attractive commission structure based on net profits of each order you close.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation: Research and identify potential B2B leads (companies and businesses) that would benefit from our products, especially those in the consumer electronics, health & wellness, and tech accessories sectors.
• Client Outreach & Engagement: Initiate contact via email, LinkedIn, and other platforms. Send personalized messages and maintain communication to nurture leads.
• Sales Pitch & Closing: Effectively present the value of our products to prospects and handle negotiations to close deals. Drive the sales process from initial contact to deal closure.
• Sales Process Management: Keep track of your sales pipeline, follow up with leads, and manage the sales cycle. Report progress using CRM.
• Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring they receive excellent service throughout the entire sales process.
• Collaboration with Marketing: Work closely with the marketing team to align on sales strategies and campaigns aimed at generating leads.
• Reporting & Analytics: Keep detailed records of sales activities and outcomes, and provide regular updates to management regarding your progress.
Skills Required:
• Proven B2B Sales Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, especially in lead generation, client outreach, and closing deals.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to craft persuasive emails and pitches.
• Lead Generation Expertise: Comfortable using tools like LinkedIn, email outreach, and other platforms to find leads and build your sales pipeline.
• CRM Familiarity: Experience with Zoho CRM to track and manage leads effectively.
• Self-Motivated & Independent: Ability to work independently, set goals, and manage time efficiently while working remotely.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using digital communication tools, sales software, and email marketing platforms.
• Detail-Oriented & Organized: Able to maintain an organized workflow while tracking multiple leads and sales conversations.
• Results-Driven: Focused on achieving sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Compensation Structure:
• Base Compensation: Hourly pay for your work (4 hours per day).
• Commission: Earn between 3% to 10% commission based on the net profit of each order you close. The commission rate will increase as you reach sales milestones and demonstrate consistent performance.
