We are looking for a part-time Virtual Sales Assistant / Appointment Setter to help our digital marketing and website design company call prospects, qualify leads, and set appointments.
You will work directly with the CEO and will play an important role in helping grow the company. This position is ideal for someone who is professional, organized, reliable, confident on the phone, and able to communicate clearly with U.S. business owners and decision-makers.
You will be given lead lists from ZoomInfo and will be responsible for calling prospects, introducing our website design and digital marketing services, asking qualifying questions, taking detailed notes, and booking qualified appointments on the CEO’s calendar.
This role requires perfect or near-native spoken English. You must sound clear, natural, confident, and professional on the phone. We are not looking for someone who sounds robotic or simply reads a script. We need someone who can have real business conversations.
Knowledge of digital marketing and website design is required. You should understand basic topics such as websites, SEO, Google Ads, social media marketing, lead generation, landing pages, online visibility, and how businesses use their websites and marketing to generate more customers.
Experience with Salesforce is a plus, especially if you have entered leads, updated call notes, changed lead status, created follow-up tasks, or worked with sales pipelines.
This is a part-time position paid hourly plus bonus for qualified appointments that show up.
