Summary:
We are looking for a Paid Social Media Manager to drive performance marketing strategies across paid social platforms. This role involves managing campaigns, optimizing budgets, and leveraging data-driven insights to enhance brand visibility and lead generation. The ideal candidate has a strong background in digital advertising, audience targeting, and analytics to maximize ROI and campaign effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Experience: 5+ years of proven track record in managing paid social media campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and TikTok.
- Excellent in English both speaking and writing
- Education: A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of ad bidding strategies, audience targeting, A/B testing, and budget optimization.
- Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in data analysis tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.) to measure and improve campaign performance.
- Creativity & Strategy: Ability to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging that align with marketing goals.
- Collaboration: Experience working cross-functionally with creative, content, and performance marketing teams.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with emerging trends, platform updates, and best practices in paid social media advertising.
