Noventra Group is hiring a remote Paid Media Specialist to manage Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns for selected partner brands.
This role is not an agency media buyer position and is not focused on promoting Noventra Group itself. The main responsibility is to support paid advertising campaigns for brands, retail partners, ecommerce businesses, and business partners working with Noventra Group.

About the Role
As a Paid Media Specialist, you will work across Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns for partner brands in ecommerce, consumer products, lifestyle, retail, premium goods, and service-based markets.
You will review campaign data, manage budgets, test creative angles, analyze audience performance, identify funnel issues, and provide clear recommendations to improve advertising results.
This role is suitable for a performance marketer who can work independently, think commercially, and turn advertising data into practical optimization actions.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns for Noventra partner brands
• Manage campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads
• Monitor CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversion rate, lead quality, and budget efficiency
• Support campaign structure, audience targeting, and budget allocation
• Review ad creatives, hooks, messaging, visuals, and campaign angles
• Identify performance issues and recommend practical improvements
• Prepare clear campaign reports, optimization notes, and performance summaries
• Help review landing pages, funnels, and conversion paths when needed
• Work with remote teams and communicate professionally across different markets
• Maintain organized documentation for campaign changes, results, and recommendations
Requirements
• Hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns
• Experience with Google Ads, including Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, or Performance Max
• Strong understanding of paid media optimization, tracking, and reporting
• Ability to analyze campaign data and make practical decisions
• Experience managing advertising budgets with measurable results
• Good written English communication skills
• Comfortable working remotely and managing tasks independently
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work across multiple brand accounts or campaigns
Nice to Have
• Experience with ecommerce, DTC, fashion, beauty, lifestyle, retail, premium products, or service-based brands
• Familiarity with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Shopify, landing pages, or CRM tracking
• Experience preparing weekly or monthly campaign reports
• Experience with creative testing, ad angle analysis, and campaign scaling
• Experience working with international teams or multiple partner/client accounts
• Experience working with invoiced ad accounts, monthly billing structures, or business-managed advertising accounts is a plus
Working Arrangement
Location: Remote
Engagement: Full-time, long-term contract, or senior part-time consultant arrangement
Preferred availability: 30–40 hours per week
Compensation: USD $5,400–$7,100/month full-time equivalent, depending on experience, availability, and engagement type
