Hi, we’re hiring an experienced Paid Ads Manager who knows how to turn data into profitable decisions. This role requires deep expertise in Google Ads (Search, Performance Max) and Meta/Facebook Ads, including advanced tracking and CRM integration.
This is not a beginner role. If you can’t speak confidently about tracking, attribution, and scaling without guessing, this won't be a match.
Role Expectations & Required Skills
You must be highly competent in:
• In-depth keyword research and competitive ad intelligence
• Planning campaigns and structures: keywords, ad groups, audiences, landing pages
• Writing compelling ad copy (Google Ads text + Meta creative direction)
• Setting up, optimizing, and scaling: Search, Performance Max, and Meta conversion campaigns
• Implementing and troubleshooting tracking (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel)
• Setting up Facebook Conversions API via CRM or server-side tracking, including tools like LeadsBridge, Zapier, HighLevel, or native API integrations
• Importing offline conversions from CRM into Google Ads & Meta
• Negative keyword management, bid strategy optimization, and budget pacing
• Search term analysis and keyword pruning
• Conversion rate optimization collaboration (landing page testing, messaging refinement)
• Interpreting attribution data across ad platforms and reporting meaningful insights
• Producing daily accountability updates (what was done + what’s next + results)
Additional capabilities that matter:
• Strong understanding of lead quality, not just cost-per-lead
• Ability to work across multiple industries and adjust targeting strategy accordingly
• Proactive communication and ownership — no babysitting required
You will be responsible for:
• Planning → launching → optimizing ongoing campaigns (including banner designs)
• Ensuring pixel/Conversion API tracking is always accurate
• Driving ROI, not vanity metrics
