Outbound Engagement Representative fixed price

We're looking for a confident, outgoing Outbound Engagement Representative who enjoys starting conversations, finding the right people, and opening doors through genuine outreach.

You'll be reaching out to potential clients, answering questions, and helping interested people get started with Toka. We don't wait for inbound. We go out and find it.

• Reach out to potential clients through LinkedIn, email, and social media
• Start genuine conversations with people who may be a good fit
• Introduce Toka and explain what we do clearly and honestly
• Follow up and keep conversations moving
• Help interested clients through the onboarding process
• Build relationships instead of sending generic, spammy messages
• Represent Toka professionally when communicating with US-based clients

• Strong English communication skills — written and verbal
• Friendly, confident, and comfortable talking to new people
• Takes initiative instead of waiting for leads
• Persistent without being pushy
• Comfortable reaching out cold
• Good follow-up and organisation skills
• Experience in sales, outreach, recruiting, or customer success is a plus

Ideally overlapping US working hours by about two hours, so we can reach people mid-morning their time.

This is a part-time role. Salary is based on your location:

$200 – $500/month for part-time work First 30 days (trial period): You'll be paid $50 – $130 per successfully onboarded customer. This gives us both a chance to see how you work, and lets you earn based on real results from day one.
