We’re hiring a remote, phone-based outbound caller to support a rapidly growing Phone Sales program calling independent U.S. natural grocery stores. Clear, accent-neutral spoken English is required, as you’ll be speaking directly with U.S. store staff all day. The ability to think on your feet to navigate gatekeepers and buyer questions in a non-salesy demeanor is also required. This is a soft sales position.
This role is focused on outbound calls to retail stores to secure new free placements and to drive reorders from stores where free placements have already been made. The primary objective is to obtain a verbal yes on the call, while also collecting the necessary contact information, such as an email address, to support follow-up and order execution.

This is a long-term opportunity for someone who:
- Has a minimum of two years of experience in the BPO industry, appointment setting, or telemarketing sales.
Has excellent internet connection and a HIGH quality headset (see below)
Can show up consistently, on time, every day
Is confident and comfortable making outbound calls + can think on your feet
Work Schedule (Required)
Full-time: Monday to Friday
Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST)
You must be punctual and available every day during this time — no exceptions.

Compensation:
It is very achievable to earn $8/hour or more once bonuses are included — even with modest success.
This is not a hard-selling role — free placements and reorders are quite common and easy to attain for most brands/products you will be selling.
