Location: Remote

Compensation: OTE for a Appointment setter at RenovateFlow is $42,000 - $60,000 annually Pay-per-appointment booked and/or per show | Performance-based bonuses available

Shifts Available (Eastern Time):

  • 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Saturday

  • 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM, Monday to Saturday

  • Cold call remodeling contractors and home service business owners using proven scripts (we give you the leads, dialer, training, and SOPs)

  • Qualify prospects using our simple framework

  • Book them into discovery or strategy calls with our Closer team

  • Handle objections with confidence and professionalism

  • Follow up with leads that need nurturing (via call/SMS)

  • Hit and exceed daily/weekly appointment targets

  • 6+ months of experience in sales, cold calling, or appointment setting (preferred)

  • Clear English communication skills (phone-based role)

  • Quiet home office environment & stable internet

  • Coachable and hungry to grow

  • CRM experience is a plus (but not required—we train you)
