The Operations VA (Payroll + Finance Admin) is a precision support role dedicated to maintaining the structured backend systems of the company. The primary work involves high-accuracy data management, specifically tracking caller payroll, attendance, commissions, and bonuses to prepare clean reports for approval. Additionally, the role manages the customer finance pipeline by sending applications, collecting missing documentation, and diligently following up on pending statuses. Once these core financial tasks are stabilized, the work extends to secondary administrative support such as basic CRM cleanup and internal reporting. This position is strictly an execution-focused role designed for a process-driven operator who prioritizes reliability and spreadsheet accuracy.
