Operations & Systems Coordinator hourly

Our agency is looking for an Administrative Operations Assistant to join our growing team. This is a dynamic role where no two weeks will look exactly the same, which makes it perfect for someone who enjoys learning, adapting, and being involved in many areas of the business. If you’re the type of person who likes variety, enjoys solving problems, and wants to grow your skills quickly, this can be an incredibly rewarding opportunity.

In this role, you’ll help support day-to-day operations across multiple areas of the business. Some responsibilities include monitoring and responding to Facebook, Instagram, and website messages, assisting with moderate video editing for YouTube uploads, posting product photos and listings across platforms like Craigslist, websites, social media marketplaces, and other online channels, as well as maintaining spreadsheets and helping with basic bookkeeping to keep our systems organized and accurate.

Experience in Google App Scripts, AppSheets and other app development tools is highly preferred

You’ll also assist with general administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, organizing information, and helping the team stay on track operationally. Because our business moves quickly and works closely with clients, vendors, banks, and partners, we’re looking for someone who is proactive, resourceful, and comfortable figuring things out independently before escalating questions when needed.

That said, you will not be left on your own. We have regular weekday meetings where you’ll be able to ask questions, collaborate with the team, and continue learning. We truly want someone who is excited to grow with us over time. This position also has strong potential to become a full-time role in the future for the right person.

• Learns quickly and adapts well to change
• Is organized and detail-oriented
• Is a self-starter and dependable
• Has moderate video editing skills (does not need to be advanced)
• Is comfortable with spreadsheets, data entry, and basic bookkeeping
• Has a stable, fast WiFi connection
• Can consistently show up on time and perform at a high level

Time: 10am PST to 4pm PST

Compensation: $4/hr

Eligible for an immediate increase in compensation or hours after 90 days!!
