I run a B2B buying group for electricians with high monthly client spend ($40K–$400K per client).
The business is performing well — we have consistent leads, strong conversion, and a proven offer.
Where we need help is structuring the backend of the business so everything flows in the most efficient and scalable way.
This is not purely an online business. It involves a mix of digital systems, consultancy, supplier interaction, and ongoing client management.
I’m looking for someone experienced who can work with me to:
- Map out the best overall structure of the business
- Refine the order of operations from lead → client → onboarding → live → ongoing management
- Identify where processes can be simplified, standardised, or automated
- Improve how different parts of the business connect and flow together
- Bring clarity to who does what, when, and how
The focus is not on tools — it’s on designing the right system and workflow first, then applying it practically.
By the end of the project, I want:
- A clear visual flow / diagram of the full business process
- A structured system that can be followed by my team
- Clear steps and ownership for each stage of the process
This will be used internally so the team knows exactly how everything should run.
We already have systems in place, including:
- CRM: Go High Level
- Marketing: Meta (Facebook & Instagram Ads)
- Website / App: WordPress + Supabase
- Reporting: Excel, Power Automate, SharePoint
- Email: Google
We are not looking to rebuild everything — just structure and optimise what already exists.
- 5+ years experience in business operations, onboarding systems, or workflow design
- Strong ability to understand and structure real-world business processes
- Experience working with service-based or B2B businesses
- Able to ask the right questions and quickly identify inefficiencies
- One-off consulting and system design project
- Hands-on, practical approach
- Working directly with me to map and refine the business
There is no ongoing requirement, however future work may be available as the business evolves.
This is not a marketing role.
