Operations Manager for Amazon Account Management full time

We’re looking for a sharp, experienced Operations Manager to take full ownership of our Amazon Seller Central operations. This is not a product sourcing role, but a full-scope operational position focused on listings, inventory, logistics, customer support, account health, and reporting.

You’ll be responsible for building and maintaining the systems that keep our Amazon business running smoothly — from catalog setup to shipments and analytics.

Amazon Account Operations

  • Oversee daily operations on Amazon Seller Central
  • Create, update, and manage product listings and catalog
  • Troubleshoot and resolve listing errors or suppressions
  • Handle Amazon account health cases, warnings, and compliance issues
  • Manage basic customer support and communication via Amazon messaging

Inventory & Replenishment

  • Track inventory across active, aged, unsellable, or excess stock
  • Analyze sales velocity and stock levels to recommend timely reorders
  • Prepare replenishment reports with clear reorder quantities
  • Set up and manage FBA shipments (including freight coordination)

Reporting & Tools

  • Build and maintain reports in Google Sheets (sales, stock, COGS, KPIs)
  • Use Sellerboard to track profit, update COGS, and monitor pricing
  • Set up and organize tasks in Asana for tracking workflows
  • Monitor and report on overall Amazon performance and issues

Systems & Documentation

  • Write and maintain clear SOPs for all responsibilities
  • Improve and document operational processes as the business scales
  • Ensure that all workflows are streamlined and easy for others to follow

Communication & Coordination

  • Work with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and Amazon FBA
  • Communicate clearly with internal team and external partners
  • Stay on top of all open issues and follow up through resolution

Qualifications

  • 3+ years managing operations in Amazon Seller Central
  • Strong experience with listing setup, catalog updates, and issue resolution
  • Familiarity with FBA logistics and freight coordination
  • Excellent skills in Google Sheets, Sellerboard, and Asana
  • Confident writing SOPs and managing structured operational workflows
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Reliable, organized, and highly accountable
