Job Summary
WalletFunnel is an early-stage Web3 analytics product that helps crypto projects understand which advertising campaigns and influencer partnerships generate wallet connections, active users, transactions, revenue, and ROI.
We are looking for a reliable Operations Assistant to support our remote team and help organize day-to-day work. This is a practical coordination role for someone who communicates clearly, follows through on tasks, and is comfortable working independently.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily tasks and follow up on deadlines
- Organize project documents, files, notes, and status updates
- Schedule online meetings and help maintain the team calendar
- Communicate with team members, candidates, partners, and service providers
- Conduct basic online research and summarize findings
- Assist with product, marketing, content, and recruitment workflows
- Track ongoing tasks and report delays or issues
- Help improve internal processes as the project grows
Requirements
- Strong written and spoken English
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- Comfortable using Microsoft Teams, Google Workspace, and spreadsheets
- Able to manage several tasks without losing track of deadlines
- Interest in technology, startups, cryptocurrency, or Web3
- Previous experience in operations, administration, project coordination, or remote assistance is an advantage
Role Details
- Fully remote
- Full-time contract position
- 40 hours per week
- 12-month initial contract
- Compensation: CA$30–CA$40 per hour, depending on experience
