We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Online Training Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be an expert in online education, with a proven track record of creating, scheduling, and delivering engaging and informative training materials and sessions. This role requires a passion for teaching, a deep understanding of digital learning tools and techniques, and the ability to connect with learners in an online environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop compelling short training materials and courses tailored for online delivery, ensuring they are interactive, engaging, and effective for diverse audiences.
  • Schedule and conduct regular training sessions and webinars for both customers and employees, covering a wide range of topics relevant to our services and products.
  • Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, implementing improvements based on feedback and learning outcomes.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts within the company to ensure training content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with our goals and values.
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in online learning, incorporating innovative approaches and tools into training strategies.
  • Provide support and guidance to learners, addressing their questions and ensuring a positive and productive learning environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an online environment, with a focus on creating and delivering online training or webinars.
  • Expertise in instructional design methodologies and learning management solutions.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and inspire learners.
  • Proficient in multimedia and web-based training tools, including video editing, presentation software, and eLearning authoring tools.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A team player with a positive attitude, open to feedback and collaboration.
