- Develop a Notion dashboard to monitor client quotes through the following stages: New, Revision Final, Accepted/Rejected.
- Integrate standardized fields for scope definitions, pricing tiers, and onboarding progress.
- Utilize Zapier to automate stage transitions, send reminders, and trigger Slack/email notifications.
2. Invoice Dashboard Automation
- Create an invoicing dashboard to streamline billing cycles, automate follow-ups, and integrate with platforms like Upwork, PayPal, and Stripe.
- Implement visual reports for cash flow and budget tracking.
- 2–5 years of experience with Notion and Zapier.
- Proven track record in building customized dashboards and automations.
- Experience integrating tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, PayPal, and Stripe.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
- Bonus: Background in accounting or service-based industries.
