The Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Compliance & Data Coordinator to manage the integrity of our installation data. You will serve as the bridge between our field installers and our internal systems, ensuring that every solar and battery installation meets our high standards for documentation and compliance.

Your primary mission is to reconcile data between Formbay and Salesforce, identify discrepancies, and relentlessly pursue missing information to move projects toward completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Integrity: Perform rigorous audits to ensure all data in Salesforce and Formbay is 100% accurate and synchronized.
  • Anomaly Detection: Identify, highlight, and troubleshoot data gaps or inconsistencies within the Formbay platform.
  • Installer Liaison: Directly communicate with installers to "chase" missing documentation and ensure all site requirements are uploaded.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with the Connect Applications team to execute a comprehensive checklist for every solar/battery install.
  • Project Tracking: Stay on top of "missing aspects" by maintaining direct communication with responsible parties until the job is fully compliant.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Keep all relevant teams and stakeholders informed of project status and any bottlenecks in the documentation process.

Requirements

  • Logical Reasoning: Strong analytical skills with the ability to spot errors in complex datasets.
  • Organizational Mastery: Proven ability to remain organized while managing tasks across multiple platforms (Salesforce, Formbay, email, etc.).
  • Experience: Previous experience in data matching, auditing, or compliance-heavy administrative roles.
  • Communication: Exceptional written English skills, specifically for professional correspondence with suppliers, installers, and builders.
  • Self-Starter: The ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage high volumes of information without losing quality.
  • Technical Savvy: Quick to learn new software; familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce) and compliance platforms (Formbay) is highly regarded.

This role is remote and will be performed Monday - Friday 9AM - 5PM (AEST)

Also note the role will be paid $7 AUD p/h at 40 hours p/w due to being and Australian based buinsess.
