ScaleBridger is looking for a highly creative and results-driven professional with expertise in graphic design, video content creation, and digital advertising (Meta & Google Ads). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing visually compelling content, producing engaging videos, and running performance-driven ad campaigns.

✅ Design high-quality visuals for websites, social media, email marketing, and ad campaigns.

✅ Create brand-consistent content, including logos, banners, and infographics.

✅ Develop ad creatives optimized for Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.

✅ Work with the marketing team to ensure visuals align with campaign goals.

✅ Produce and edit engaging short-form and long-form video content for ads, social media, and YouTube.

✅ Create high-quality motion graphics and animations.

✅ Optimize video content for different platforms (Facebook, Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).

✅ Collaborate with the team on video scripts and storyboarding.

✅ Plan, launch, and optimize ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and Google.

✅ Conduct audience targeting, A/B testing, and performance analysis.

✅ Monitor and optimize ad spend to maximize ROI.

✅ Track campaign KPIs and generate performance reports.

✔ Proven experience in graphic design, video editing, and paid ads management.

✔ Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools.

✔ Experience in Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads for running campaigns.

✔ Strong understanding of marketing funnels and conversion-driven designs.

✔ Ability to create engaging ad creatives that drive conversions.

✔ Strong analytical skills to monitor ad performance and optimize campaigns.

✔ Knowledge of trends in social media, advertising, and content marketing.

📌 Objective: Design a high-converting ad creative for a fictional real estate business offering luxury apartments.

🔹 Instructions:

  • Create two ad designs (one for Facebook/Instagram, one for Google Display).
  • Use a catchy headline, an engaging call-to-action, and a strong visual.
  • Ensure the designs follow Facebook & Google Ads best practices.
  • Submit the designs in JPG or PNG format.

📌 Objective: Create a 15-30 second video ad for the same fictional real estate business.

🔹 Instructions:

  • The video should highlight the luxury apartments and include text overlays, transitions, and background music.
  • Optimize the video for both Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
  • Use an engaging hook within the first 3 seconds.
  • Submit the final video as an MP4 file or provide a Google Drive link.

📌 Objective: Create a 1-page ad strategy for a real estate lead generation campaign using Meta & Google Ads.

  • Define the target audience.
  • Suggest a campaign objective and budget allocation.
  • Outline ad types (carousel, video, lead form, etc.).
  • Suggest ways to optimize for conversions.
  • Submit the proposal in PDF format.
