Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Mental Health Therapist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will provide individualized therapy sessions, conduct assessments, and develop treatment plans for clients facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related disorders.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions.
• Perform mental health assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate client records and progress notes.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
• Provide support and guidance to clients navigating emotional, behavioral, or psychological challenges.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree or higher in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Mental Health Therapist.
• Proven experience in mental health therapy, counseling, or clinical settings.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills.
• Ability to work with diverse populations and provide culturally sensitive care.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms is a plus.

Compensation:

• Base rate per session: Percentage per consultation
• Flexible scheduling and remote options available.
