Overview

Proof Response Group is hiring a Media Buyer to scale high-intent, call-driven demand for emergency home and business services across multiple cities. This role goes beyond platform optimization—you’ll be embedded in a real emergency-response operation where performance is measured by calls that convert into paid work, not vanity metrics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Scale and manage search-first campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
  • Launch and test new emergency and emergency-adjacent service verticals
  • Structure campaigns by city, service type, and urgency
  • Optimize for high-quality inbound calls, not clicks or impressions
  • Monitor call quality daily and adjust spend, targeting, and keywords quickly
  • Eliminate low-intent traffic (research, price shopping, comparisons)
  • Collaborate closely with operations, vendors, finance, and leadership to align demand with capacity
  • Pause or kill campaigns when lead quality degrades—even if surface metrics look strong

What Success Looks Like

  • Emergency calls consistently convert into paid jobs
  • Lead quality remains high as spend scales
  • New verticals launch without contaminating existing campaigns
  • Operations and vendors trust marketing decisions
  • Poor-quality traffic is removed quickly and decisively

Ideal Background

  • Experience in performance marketing for local or service-based businesses
  • Call-driven acquisition or high-urgency verticals (home services, restoration, towing, locksmith, etc.)
  • Strong judgment, fast learning ability, and comfort making decisions with incomplete data
  • Focus on intent and outcomes over traffic and vanity metrics

Education

Formal education is not required. Real-world experience, adaptability, and sound judgment matter most.
