We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Media Account Executive to join our team in a 100% remote, commission-based role. You will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, building strong relationships, and managing their media advertising campaigns from concept to completion.

As a Media Account Executive, your income is directly tied to your sales performance. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a desire for uncapped earning potential. Responsibilities

  • Prospecting and new business development: Identify and generate leads for potential clients in the media advertising space through various channels (e.g., networking, cold outreach, industry events).
  • Consultative selling: Understand client needs and objectives, offering tailored media advertising solutions across various platforms (e.g., print, digital, broadcast, events).
  • Relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and ensure long-term client satisfaction and retention.
  • Sales presentations and negotiations:Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, negotiating contracts and closing deals effectively.
  • Campaign management: Collaborate with clients and internal teams (e.g., creative, ad operations) to ensure the seamless execution and successful delivery of advertising campaigns.
  • Reporting and analysis: Track sales performance, manage pipelines, and provide accurate reports and forecasts to management.
  • Market expertise: Stay informed about media trends, competitor activities, and emerging ad technologies to provide insights and recommendations to clients.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the media or advertising industry.
  • Experience in a commission-based sales environment (bonus points if it's remote).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently to manage your own schedule and achieve results.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and digital communication platforms.
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively to develop solutions that meet client needs and generate high returns.
  • Knowledge of the media landscape and different advertising channels (e.g., print, digital, social media, events).

Compensation

This is a 100% commission-based role with uncapped earning potential. Your income will be directly tied to your sales performance.
