We need a proactive Marketing Assistant to attract new clients, expand our customer base, and support clients with their orders and websites. We seek a candidate with a solid understanding of website management (must-have) and development skills.Moreover, identify individuals who possess the skills to design and execute impactful marketing campaigns. Your primary mission will be to generate high-quality leads for our sales team.
Primary Key Responsibilities: Routine weekly tasks.
- CRM management involves creating and executing campaigns while overseeing multi-channel marketing strategies that encompass email and social media platforms.
 
- We use social media, SEO, and ads to build websites that generate leads and guide potential customers through sales funnels, including for new clients.
 
- Some technical knowledge or background.
 
Core Responsibilities: As required.
- Website: edit pages, fix layout/mobile, wire up forms, CTAs, and thank-you automations.
 
- Tracking: GA4, Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Search Console, basic SEO (titles, H1s, meta).
 
- Funnel: lead magnet, tripwire, 3 service packages, checkout links, Calendly.
 
- CRM/Email: set up a free/low-cost tool (MailerLite/HubSpot free), tags, 1 nurture sequence.
 
- Prospecting: scrape/build lead lists, send cold emails/DMs, manage replies, and book calls.
 
- Content: 1 landing page, 3 sales emails, 1 case-style “process” post, 1 offer one-pager.
 
- Sales support: qualify leads, schedule, send proposals, generate Stripe links, follow-up.
 
- Write some website code.
