About the Role:

JMO Communications is seeking a driven and results-oriented B2B Marketing Specialist to work remotely and to play a key role in developing and executing marketing strategies that support our commercial clients' growth and objectives. This specialist will be responsible for understanding our clients' unique B2B landscapes, identifying key target audiences, and implementing integrated marketing campaigns that enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and foster strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of B2B marketing principles, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to translate strategic goals into tangible results.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development & Implementation: Collaborate with the JMO team and clients to develop comprehensive B2B marketing strategies aligned with their business goals and target audiences.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and client needs, providing insights to inform marketing strategies.
  • Lead Generation & Nurturing: Develop and implement B2B lead generation programs and nurturing campaigns to build a robust pipeline for our clients.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with internal teams (communications, public affairs) and external vendors to ensure seamless campaign execution and consistent messaging.
  • Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Support the development and execution of ABM strategies targeting key client accounts.
  • Brand Management: Ensure all marketing materials and communications are consistent with JMO Communications' brand identity and messaging.
  • Client Relationship Support: Participate in client meetings and presentations, contributing marketing expertise and insights.
  • Stay Updated: Continuously stay informed about the latest marketing trends, tools, and technologies.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred but not required. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of proven experience in B2B marketing roles.
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for various B2B audiences. Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with the ability to create compelling and informative content for various audiences. 
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a strong attention to detail. 
  • Familiarity with the communications and public affairs landscape is a plus.
