JFP Studios is a marketing systems and automation agency helping businesses build websites, CRM systems, lead generation funnels, and marketing infrastructure. We work primarily with clients in the NYC metro area and operate as a lean, fast-moving team.

We're looking for an experienced Marketing Project Manager to oversee client projects from onboarding through delivery.

You will act as the primary point of contact for clients while coordinating internal contractors across website builds, marketing funnels, CRM projects, video productions, and photo productions.

This is not an administrative assistant role. We need someone who can independently manage projects, communicate proactively, solve problems, and keep deliverables moving forward.

  • Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
  • Coordinate website, funnel, CRM, photo, and video projects
  • Communicate project updates to clients proactively
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and project documentation
  • Assign tasks and follow up with contractors
  • Identify blockers and recommend solutions
  • Maintain accurate project records in Asana
  • Managing website projects from kickoff to launch
  • Coordinating marketing funnels or lead generation projects
  • Managing video and/or photo production workflows
  • Working with multiple contractors across active projects
