Key Responsibilities
Client Growth & Lead Generation
- Develop and execute marketing strategies that drive traffic, increase brand visibility, and generate qualified leads.
- Analyze needs and identify opportunities for marketing improvements and growth.
- Create targeted campaigns to support acquisition and retention goals.
Social Media Management
- Plan, create, and manage content across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Engage with followers, build community, and respond to inquiries promptly.
- Conduct social media lead mining to identify, track, and nurture potential clients.
SEO & Content Strategy
- Perform keyword research, on-page SEO optimization, and technical audits to improve organic performance.
- Create and optimize blogs, landing pages, and digital content for higher visibility and engagement.
- Track and report on SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
Website Design & Conversion Optimization
- Design, update, and maintain modern, mobile-responsive websites using platforms like WordPress, Wix, or Webflow.
- Ensure high performance, user-friendly design, and effective CTAs to support lead generation.
- Run A/B tests and optimize pages based on data insights and conversion metrics.
Team Collaboration & Project Management

- Support the creation of internal communication collateral such as newsletters, updates, and campaign briefs.
- Prepare monthly marketing reports and present actionable insights.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in digital marketing, ideally in a lead generation or client growth role.
- Strong background in social media management, content strategy, and audience engagement.
- Experience with SEO tools and marketing analytics (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.).
- Proficiency in website platforms like WordPress, Webflow, or Wix.
