Skills & Requirements:
- Proven experience in marketing strategy and execution across multiple channels (print, digital, social media, paid ads, etc.)
- Strong background in real estate marketing or similar industries (preferred but not required)
- Experience managing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and creating engaging content
- Proficiency in paid advertising (Meta Ads, Google Ads) with a focus on lead generation
- Knowledge of SEO and GEO strategies to improve online visibility and traffic
- Ability to develop creative concepts and branding materials while maintaining consistency across all channels
- Experience with website management and optimization (landing pages, lead capture tools, user experience)
- Strong project management and time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for ongoing partnership and coordination
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns
