We are seeking a dynamic marketing partner to support and elevate our brand across a broad range of channels. Our current outlets span print advertising (local newspapers and magazines), digital and social media, paid advertising, TV campaigns, outdoor signage, and our website platform, each serving a distinct but connected role in our overall marketing strategy.

As we grow, we need a creative team that can take meaningful work off our plate while raising the bar on quality and consistency.

  • Innovative marketing strategies and ideas, including new ad formats, content strategies (social media and YouTube), SEO/GEO positioning, and more effective lead-generation tools on our website platform

Marketing Channels & Scope

1. Print

  • Newspapers and magazines
  • Flyers (Just Listed / Sold, multi-property, promotional)
  • Business cards and special event materials
  • Listing presentation books and property brochures
  • Promotional handouts (to be developed)

2. Digital Media

  • Social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • YouTube content (brand promotion, property showcases, educational content)

3. Digital Advertising

  • Paid social media campaigns
  • Search and display advertising

4. TV Advertising

  • Seasonal campaign ads (short-form, e.g., 15 seconds)

5. Outdoor Advertising

  • Yard signage
  • Bus stop and large-format outdoor displays

6. Website Platform

  • Lead generation tools (home evaluation, saved searches, property insights)
  • Listings management (current, exclusive, past sales, open houses)

7. SEO / GEO

  • Site optimization recommendations
  • Ongoing strategy and implementation

8. Google Business Profile

  • Image management
  • Location optimization (e.g., 360 views)
  • Business description updates

Skills & Requirements:

  • Proven experience in marketing strategy and execution across multiple channels (print, digital, social media, paid ads, etc.)
  • Strong background in real estate marketing or similar industries (preferred but not required)
  • Experience managing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and creating engaging content
  • Proficiency in paid advertising (Meta Ads, Google Ads) with a focus on lead generation
  • Knowledge of SEO and GEO strategies to improve online visibility and traffic
  • Ability to develop creative concepts and branding materials while maintaining consistency across all channels
  • Experience with website management and optimization (landing pages, lead capture tools, user experience)
  • Strong project management and time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for ongoing partnership and coordination
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns
