We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team and take charge of digital marketing efforts, focusing primarily on managing and updating our website and overseeing and creating our social media marketing initiatives. This is a remote position with the flexibility to work from anywhere.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our online presence is engaging, up-to-date, and aligned with our brand strategy. You will work independently to execute and monitor campaigns, create content, and optimize our digital channels for better engagement and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Website Management:
- Regularly update and maintain website content to ensure it's current, informative, and on-brand.
- Optimize website content for better user experience (UX) and SEO performance.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure the website reflects the company’s services, products, and updates.
- Social Media Marketing:
- Create and implement social media strategies for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.
- Create engaging content (graphics, posts, videos, etc.) for social media channels.
- Schedule, post, and manage social media campaigns to drive engagement, website traffic, and brand awareness.
- Monitor and report on social media analytics, using insights to improve future campaigns.
- Content Creation:
- Write and develop engaging copy for the website, blog posts, and social media channels.
- Work with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) to create visual content for digital platforms.
- SEO & Analytics:
- Apply SEO best practices to website content and social media posts to increase visibility.
- Use tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and other reporting tools to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaboration & Strategy:
- Coordinate with other departments (sales, customer service, etc.) to ensure marketing strategies align with business goals.
- Develop and adjust marketing strategies based on performance metrics and feedback.
