Role Overview:

We are looking for a Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team. If you have a sharp eye for detail, are creative, and have a passion for marketing, this role could be perfect for you. As a Marketing Assistant, you will support the marketing team by assisting with content creation, market research, social media management and campaign coordination.

This is a Full-Time remote position.

What you will do:

  • Content Creation & Management
  • - Develop and edit content in various formats, including video, articles, captions, and graphics.
    • Use tools like Canva and video editing software (Capcut, Premiere Pro) to produce engaging content.
    • Ensure brand consistency and messaging alignment across all content.
  • Market Research & Analysis
  • - Analyze competitors and industry trends to identify opportunities for growth.
  • - Evaluate content quality and establish best practices.
  • - Recommend strategic improvements.
  • Social Media & Community Engagement
  • - Manage interactions on social media (comments, DMs, inquiries).
  • - Track brand mentions, trends, and engagement.
  • - Suggest ways to improve audience engagement and brand presence.
  • Administrative & Campaign Coordination
  • - Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns.
  • - Ensure marketing initiatives are organized and effective.
  • - Maintain marketing materials and digital assets.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 1+ years in a marketing role, with a focus on content creation, campaign management, and social media engagement.
  • Organized & Detail-Oriented: You can manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail.
  • Tech-Savvy: You have good knowledge in Canva and video editing tools like Capcut or Premiere Pro (Adobe Illustrator is nice to have). 
  • Creative: You have essential  graphic design skills to modify and edit templates
  • Excellent Communicator: Exceptional  written and verbal communication skills, with a strong emphasis on copywriting, capable of crafting clear, engaging, and effective messaging.
  • Self-Driven: Capable of working independently in a remote setting while being a proactive team member.
  • Educational Background: A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
