We’re part of a growing online training and media company supporting multiple brands under the ORCA umbrella. We need a marketing assistant who can help keep everything running smoothly — posting content, preparing proposals, coordinating with designers and writers, and managing details that keep projects moving forward.
You don’t need to be a designer or strategist, but you should be:
- Comfortable learning new tools quickly (ChatGPT, Canva, LinkedIn, Qwilr, Google Drive).
- Confident polishing copy or summarizing ideas from transcripts.
- Able to take a rough idea or half-finished piece and make it ready to share.
- Naturally organized and proactive - someone who spots what’s missing and fixes it.
Example tasks:
- Upload and schedule approved posts (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram).
- Adjust captions or text to fit tone and platform limits.
- Build simple proposals or landing pages in Qwilr.
- Draft short outlines or plans using ChatGPT.
- Coordinate designers and writers to keep deadlines on track.
