We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and technically savvy Managed Security Services Product Manager to drive the documentation, evolution, and continuous improvement of our Managed Security Services (MSS) portfolio. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end lifecycle of our security offerings, translating complex market requirements and advanced technical capabilities into robust, scalable, and highly competitive corporate solutions.
As a critical bridge between corporate strategy and technical execution, you will collaborate closely with internal DevOps teams to enhance service capabilities and optimize delivery processes. Furthermore, you will act as the core liaison with major OEM vendors, aligning product roadmaps and integrating emerging technologies to ensure our solutions remain resilient, forward-looking, and future-ready.
Key Responsibilities:
- Portfolio & Lifecycle Management: Own and drive the end-to-end lifecycle of the Managed Security Services (MSS) portfolio, managing offerings from initial strategic concept and definition through implementation, commercial launch, and iterative updates.
- Service Evolution & Innovation: Continuously evaluate the performance, market relevance, and technical capability of existing security services, orchestrating timely enhancements to address shifting cyber threat landscapes and customer requirements.
- DevOps & Engineering Collaboration: Work closely with internal DevOps, Security Architecture, and Engineering teams to transform product visions into actionable feature backlogs, minimizing operational friction and maximizing delivery automation.
- Vendor & OEM Partnerships: Establish and manage strategic relationships with global OEM technology partners; proactively align roadmaps, negotiate tool integrations, and evaluate emerging third-party tech to expand product capabilities.
- Documentation & Governance: Ensure robust technical and business documentation is maintained—including granular service descriptions, technical specification frameworks, operational playbooks, and sales enablement kits.
- Strategic Market Foresight: Synthesize competitive intelligence, industry trends, and technology developments into data-driven roadmap decisions that firmly align with the organization’s overarching cybersecurity vision.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: Proven experience as a Product Manager, Technical Product Owner, or Technical Solutions Architect specifically within Managed Security Services (MSS), Cybersecurity solutions, or enterprise cloud security environments.
- Technical Domain Knowledge: Robust baseline understanding of core MSS components, including SIEM/SOAR platforms, EDR/XDR ecosystems, threat intelligence feeds, vulnerability management tools, and cloud compliance frameworks.
- Agile & DevOps Familiarity: Solid experience working alongside Agile development teams, with strong insight into modern DevOps methodologies, automated deployment structures, and standard software development life cycles (SDLC).
- Vendor Management: Proven ability to interface with enterprise cybersecurity OEM vendors, ensuring product architecture stays cleanly synchronized with partner technologies.
- Communication & Documentation: Exceptional technical documentation skills, high-level project coordination ability, and outstanding cross-functional communication tools to manage stakeholder alignment seamlessly.
