Seeking dedicated, full-time virtual Maintenance Supervisor who desires a long-term opportunity with a growing company. We are seeking a person who can grow with us as we expand, develop, and grow our business platform. There are five(5) MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS: (1) The candidate must be able to communicate and execute work tasks during United States Eastern Standard Time (EST) of 9am to 5pm, Monday through Friday (US EST), (2) The candidate must review and respond to emergency phone calls/emails received Sunday and Saturday (US EST) by checking communication received before 10am (US EST) and reply with email/txt response before 11am (US EST), and before 4pm same day and reply with email/txt response before 5pm same day (US EST), (3) the candidate must be able to speak with an authentic American English accent to ensure our customers, contractors, client, partners, and suppliers feel they are speaking with a representative based in the United States, and (4) The candidate must have general knowledge of typical general residential housing assets, (5) the candidate must be able generate reasonable actions to repair or renovate housing assets. This role will be exposed to different aspects of the business while interacting with customers/partners/clients as well as charged with development of standard work, productivity tools, and innovation as it relates to virtual work processes. The Maintenance Supervisor is required to utilized Microsoft Teams, Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint, Banking Apps, and Web Management/Development Tools. Maintenance Supervisor will also utilize other computer tools and software (Microsoft Teams, PDF, Virtual Meetings/Walkthroughs, Docusign, etc). Must have experience in project management, structural organization, performance-oriented deliverables, data entry, and recordkeeping. Must have access to “stable” medium-speed internet (>30Mbps or more) with 98% uptime over 365 days, personal computer owned and only used by Accountant, and video camera/microphone/headset when performing all virtual assignments. Potential annual merit increase and annual bonus pay for trustworthy and committed assistants who consistently deliver business results. Pay rate is based on experience and competency. Company may pay for accountant hardware for the competent associate after skillset is demonstrated at required level of performance.
