We're already closing deals and we need help with the demand. It's an easy pitch. The service is in-demand. We just need to book appointments. This is a great opportunity for the serious outbound candidate. Average earnings would be $2k/month but all-stars can earn up to $6k/month.

We run an outbound b2b telesales company with a number of clients in varying industries. This position being advertised for doesn't require any previous industry knowledge as it's a simple pitch. We do have other opportunities as well with a more complex sales process, but proven sales experience with us is a must.

Overview:

We are in search of a dynamic Appointment Setter to join our team. We offer a base salary and significant commissions. We have a variety of clients in the service industry who are paying us to do outbound cold calling for them and setting appointments for them to do an estimate. The service we're booking appointments for has nothing to do with marketing/making money etc, it's a service that is in demand and it's not difficult to get past gatekeepers to speak to a decision maker. As an Appointment Setter, not only will you play a vital role in driving our sales, but you'll also enjoy the potential to earn up to $6,000 monthly! Responsibilities:

  • Set appointments through outbound calls and get paid. Close deals resulting from these meetings and get paid again.
  • Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to qualify them as potential leads.
  • Schedule appointments for our sales team with qualified prospects.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and appointments.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in telemarketing or appointment setting, with a focus on phone sales.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory (very small or no accent required) and Spanish proficiency is a bonus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work with a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in computer skills.
  • Fast mover with the ability to adapt quickly.
