Remote | Base + Per Video Rate
You will record short personalized Loom video messages (60–90 seconds) for individual HVAC contractors. Each video references their specific business and ends with a clear call to action embedded into our outreach sequences.
Compensation:
∙ Base: $150/month
∙ Per video rate: $0.75 per approved delivered video on top of base
∙ Target: 50 approved videos per day
∙ OTE: $750–$1,000/month at full production volume
Base activates when minimum 200 approved videos are delivered per week. Below that threshold base is not paid for that week.
Requirements:
∙ Natural clear on-camera delivery
∙ Strong spoken English
∙ Experience with Loom or similar recording tools
∙ Reliable camera, microphone, and internet
∙ Detail-oriented — every video must match the correct prospect
