BPX Logistics is seeking a Localization Specialist to adapt customer-facing content, operational documentation, and internal enablement materials for multilingual stakeholders and international shipping programs. You will manage terminology, translation workflows, quality review, and localization standards across SOPs, onboarding materials, templates, and digital experiences. This role is available as full-time or part-time and is fully remote, with expected overlap during U.S. business hours for cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities:

  • Localize SOPs, onboarding materials, templates, customer communications, and selected digital content for multilingual audiences
  • Maintain terminology, style guides, and approved language standards for logistics and operational content
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external linguists to deliver accurate, timely, and context-aware translations
  • Review localized content for quality, consistency, formatting, and brand alignment before release
  • Partner with operations, solutions, and technology teams to support cross-border programs and multilingual customer needs
  • Build scalable localization workflows, intake standards, and review processes to improve turnaround and consistency
  • Track localization status, risks, and priorities across multiple projects and deadlines
  • Continuously improve content quality by identifying recurring language issues, gaps, and terminology inconsistencies

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of professional experience in localization, translation operations, content adaptation, or internationalization
  • Experience with translation management systems and CAT tools
  • Strong command of English and demonstrated ability to review linguistic quality; fluency in one or more additional languages is strongly preferred
  • Experience building and maintaining glossaries, style guides, terminology databases, and translation memory assets
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, vendors, and review cycles with strong deadline discipline
  • Experience localizing operational, technical, or customer-facing content in a B2B environment
  • Strong QA skills with attention to tone, consistency, formatting, and context
  • Experience with spreadsheets, CMS workflows, or product / web content publishing is a plus
  • Strong written communication and ability to work effectively in a remote environment
  • Authorized to work in the United States

Benefits & Compensation:

  • Salary range: $80,000–$105,000 annually (full-time); part-time compensation prorated to hours
