We are a small financial company that is fast growing. We're looking for a loan processor / admin support to assist in managing client applications, client files, and day to day admin tasks. We have flexible working hours, however some tasks will be required to be done during AU business hours. We pride ourselves in providing above and beyond service and having a personal touch with each client. Some tasks you'll need to be experienced in include:
- Process, action and fulfil all loan applications promptly and accurately.
- Reach out to customers for more information when required
- Perform general administrative tasks such as briefing lawyers, liaising with borrowers & funders
- Assist with data entry, record-keeping, and maintaining organised files and documents
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism
Requirements
- Must have experience in the mortgage/banking industry
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines
- Proactive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges
- Must have Experience with Flex
- Experience with Outlook
