Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented LMS Migration Specialist to support the transition from TalentLMS to Trainual. This role involves transferring and organizing large volumes of training content into the new platform while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and proper formatting.
Key Responsibilities
Migrate training content from TalentLMS to Trainual
Convert and upload content from a 300-page instructor manual (including text and images) into Trainual
Ensure proper formatting, structure, and organization within the new LMS
Maintain accuracy and completeness of all migrated materials
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure content alignment and usability
Manage tasks and updates via Basecamp
Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience with LMS platforms (preferably TalentLMS)
Strong hands-on experience with Trainual (required)
Experience in content migration or data transfer projects
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to handle large documents and structured content
Strong organizational and time management skills
